Planned Weekend Meets 2023/24

Following the successful reintroduction of our weekend meets in 2022, we have consulted several members of where they would like to go in 2023. We have reserved accommodation on behalf of the club at the following venues and dates:

Weekend Meets 2023

Inchnadamph Explorers Lodge – 15th September for 3 nights

 

4 x male dorm beds (in 8 room dorm) at £29 / night

1 x triple single bed private room at £115 / night

1 x double bed and single bed private room at 115 / night

 

This is a privately run with an enviable reputation which has undergone refurbishment in recent years. To reserve these spaces a 10% non-refundable deposit has been paid and any members wishing to secure their place at this excellent hostel could pay the balance with the hostel directly (Eilidh on 01571 822218) and reimburse the deposit paid by the club. Alternatively, as with the above Torridon, you can make your own reservations with The Inchnadamph Explorers Lodge directly (Eilidh on 01571 822218) but please quote Perth and District Hillwalking club and let Stephen (pdhcsocialmedia@gmail.com) know. Please be aware that this hostel also gets booked up quickly because of it`s location and facilities.

 

Weekend Meets 2024:

17th/18th/19th May 2024 – Broadford Youth Hostel – Skye

Eight dorm places (2 x 4 bed rooms) at £26.5 per person per night, have been reserved for the club. (Reserved with a non-refundable deposit) Any members wishing to secure their place at this excellent hostel should arrange payment with Stephen (pdhcsocialmedia@gmail.com). Alternatively, members can make their own booking with Hostelling Scotland directly, (03452 937373) but please quote Perth & District Hillwalking Club. Also, let Stephen know so we can group as many members together as possible. Please be aware that this hostel gets booked up quickly, because of its location and facilities.

 

13th/14th/15th September 2024 – Corran Bunkhouse

Seven places (1 x 4 bed and 1 x 3 bed rooms) at £35 per person per night, have been reserved for the club, at this privately run bunkhouse, with an enviable reputation. The building has undergone a significant refurbishment, to a high standard, including its own spa! To book these places, could you please note your interest with Stephen (pdhcsocialmedia@gmail.com). Alternatively, members can make their own booking with the bunkhouse directly, by contacting Tina on 01855 821000, or by email:- corranbunkhouse@btconnect.com
 

Please quote Perth & District Hillwalking Club, and let Stephen know, so we can group as many members together as possible. Please be aware that as per Broadford, the bunkhouse gets booked up quickly, because of its location and facilities.
